Bram Health is a technology network platform in active development. Our digital tools connect individuals and families with independent care partners, residential care homes, and everyday routine tools. Bram Health is a technology brand, not a healthcare provider, hospital, medical clinic, or residential care licensee.

2. No Medical Advice and Emergency Services Disclaimer

Nothing contained on this website or within our applications constitutes the practice of medicine, nursing, psychiatric care, therapy, or professional healthcare advice. Bram Health does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatments, or provide clinical triage. Educational materials, care search results, and routine tracking tools are provided for general coordination and informational purposes only.

3. Independent Legal Entities and Care Providers

All care providers, residential homes, pediatric clinics, and community partners listed on this platform are independent organizations. Each provider is solely responsible for:

• Maintaining active, unencumbered state professional licenses and facility permits with appropriate regulatory authorities (e.g., California Department of Social Services, Medical Board of California, Board of Registered Nursing).
• Their own clinical decisions, care standards, staff qualifications, and admission policies.
• Complying with applicable federal and state healthcare privacy laws, including HIPAA and state medical privacy statutes.

Residential care homes such as Camellia Oak Residence LLC and Mariposa Willow Residence LLC are separate legal entities operating under their own respective management and licensing authorities.

4. Network Directory and Endorsement Badges

Listing in the Bram Health directory does not guarantee service availability, admission, or clinical outcomes. Endorsement badges, including "A Bram Health home" and "Bram Health partner", are awarded only after a Bram reviewer has checked the provider's state licence against the public register and approved the listing. Previews and prototype views may display unverified fixtures for testing; production queries require full verification before publication.

5. User Accounts and Role-Based Access

Users registering for an account agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and current contact and credential information.
• Maintain the security of their login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
• Use role-specific functionality (family companion, partner workspace, home operations) strictly in accordance with their authorized capacity.

6. Partner Applications and Submissions

Submitting an onboarding application through /partners/apply or updating practice credentials in /partners/workspace/ does not constitute an offer of contract, endorsement, or guaranteed directory placement. All applications undergo review and credential verification before publication. Bram Health reserves the right to decline or suspend any application or profile that fails to meet published network standards.

7. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

• Submit false, deceptive, or unauthorized licensing credentials.
• Upload protected health information, medical records, or sensitive clinical documents through public forms or non-clinical notes.
• Upload media, headshots, or logos without verified copyright and publication permissions.
• Attempt to bypass authentication mechanisms, rate limits, or role-based security rules.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect directory listings without written authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BRAM HEALTH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL BRAM HEALTH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY INDEPENDENT PARTNERS.
