Trust needs a process.
And a record.
These are proposed Bram standards for publication and participation. They are not evidence that any organization has passed review.
Verify before making a claim.
A named reviewer records identity, accountable legal operator, applicable license authority and public identifier, status, source URL, verification date, expiration and next review date. Missing evidence stays unknown. A website claim alone is not license verification.
Keep services and images accurate.
Confirm services, populations, age range, accessibility, hours, payment and availability with dated sources. Publish only approved photos with provenance, written permission, alt text, caption and order. Missing photos use a designed placeholder.
Separate three decisions.
Publication status governs whether a page can appear. Operating status describes whether the organization can provide its stated services. Endorsement status records a separately approved participation relationship. Technical publishability is never an endorsement.
| Status | Public treatment |
|---|---|
| Unverified / pending | Exclude from available-care search; verification template only. |
| License expired / evidence overdue | Remove from search and badges until current evidence is reviewed. |
| Suspended / archived | Remove public listing and endorsement immediately; preserve private revision record. |
| Reviewed and operating | Publish only approved fields with source and review dates. |
Review regularly. Make corrections visible.
Proposed cadence: every 90 days and whenever services, ownership/operator, licensing, location, staff credentials or availability change. Partners should acknowledge ordinary corrections within five business days; urgent safety or licensing concerns require prompt suspension pending review. These are proposed service standards, not response guarantees.
Give concerns an owner.
Concern reports are private. A designated trust reviewer triages the report, records evidence, requests a response, decides a correction or suspension, and records the resolution. The reporter receives a response only after a contact channel and case owner are approved.
Report a concernUse relationship badges carefully.
The exact strings “A Bram Health home” and “Bram Health partner” require a current approved agreement, eligible operating status, verified required licensing, current review, and explicit endorsement approval. Neither badge means ownership, employment, shared licensing, accreditation, certification or guaranteed outcomes.
The accountable entity must remain visible, with a link to these standards. Remove badges when eligibility ends, evidence expires, or participation is suspended. No organization in this preview has been granted a badge.
